- Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee unless the item is faulty on Arrival (DOA).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you find your product to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@MaineCoonKittyCats.com so that we can promptly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the timeline below:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund issued to your bank within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
- PayPal Payments: Refund issued to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Do not return your items without confirmation. Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Additional Important Notes
- Returns and replacements are only applicable to items purchased directly from MaineCoonKittyCats.com. If purchased from a third-party seller, please contact that seller directly.
- All accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund.
- Products must be in “as-new” condition, preferably in their original sealed packaging.
- For returns without a valid reason, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee unless the item is faulty on Arrival (DOA). In such cases, we will reimburse shipping after inspection.
