Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details, shipping address, and contact information.


Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect (e.g., quantity, address, country, or email address).

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

⚠️ Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or if customs hold your package. Delays of 1–5 business days may occur due to special circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you can track your package using the provided tracking number on the official carrier website (DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, Yanwen, YunExpress).
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • After arriving in your country, the local postal service will take over delivery. You can continue tracking with the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website.
  • If your tracking shows “undeliverable,” please first contact your local post office for assistance.
  • Tracking information is available for 60 days from the date of shipment.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item is damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
  • Provide photos (and if possible, a video) showing the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

Address Changes

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately.
If your order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error, any additional re-shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping Costs

Most of our Standard Shipping is free.
However, in certain cases—especially for remote or special delivery areas—shipping fees may apply based on your location.

If you return a product for reasons not related to quality defects, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
